[cisco-voip] 4.2 to 8 upgrade

as per the compatibility matrix (all hail the compatibility matrix!), upgrades from 7.1.5 to 8.5 are supported.

Just don't go to 7.1.5. IIRC, right now the upgrade paths to 8 from 7 include only 7.1.3 and earlier.
