[cisco-voip] 8.5 doco

I've been using peer firmware for about 2 years, ever since I went to CM6. Never have had much of an issue with it.

The only time I've been burned by it was when the 69XX phones couldn't do it, I still can't some of those phones to upgrade across the wan. Oh and load server isn't supported those dumb phones either.

Peer Firmware Sharing Update feature is enabled by default.

I hope all the bugs have been worked out on this one. I think this is a great feature since I have hundreds of branch locations on relatively low bandwidth WAN circuits but I have been wary of deploying it based on some bugs I have seen on this list.
