[cisco-voip] Voice Ports Randomly going to Shut?

I sometimes get behaviour like that on 12.4T MGCP if I have a card that doesn't have all its port configured. E.g. With a 4-port FXO where 2 ports are set to Loop-Start and 2 ports are left at question-mark, the 2 configured ones sometimes shutdown randomly. If I set the question-mark ports to Loop-Start then the issue goes away.

2911 with 15.0.1M3, twice this week my fxs and fxo ports have randomly gone to shut state. The ports are MGCP controlled but I haven't touched the CCM config nor have I messed with them router side.
Has anyone seen anything similar??
