[cisco-voip] Call Park Issue

Sorry, went by the terminology, call agent meaning pub/subs. if you
have by any mistake (and yes you could!) the same number on multiple
servers, you can get unexpected behaviour, since then it ill matter to
which server in cluster the actual phone is currently registered to.
It might migrate as the link is temporarily down and up, so phones
might end up on different servers and thus have different call park
slots with the same number.
