[cisco-voip] XML parcing error duing license installation (NME-CUE)

Hello
I was trying to install ( FL-CUE-PORT-2=) for my NME-CUE module.
but I get the below error.
"Error: License installation failed with error: XML parsing failed   "
Any ideas please..
