On the gateway configuration page in CUCM, you could attach a CSS that gives sight of a Calling Party Transformation Pattern (under "Incoming Calling Party Settings". This would allow you to override the Calling Party Number. I'm unsure of how to set a name though.

Subject: [cisco-voip] H.323 vs MGCPGW

All,
On my current H323 gateway to a provider, I set the station-id and station number via the router config.
This presents a single id and number to the CCM phones callerid display.

Now I am converting to MGCP GW via PRi and I want to tag the incoming Caller ID and Name to a single name/number same as the H323 GW?
But I do not see how to do it via ccm 7.1.2?

I am using CCM 7.1.2 and 2800 series VGW's?

Is there something I can set on the serial interface to set a similiar station-id/number on a MGCP GW?

TIA.
