[cisco-voip] how do you deal with old VMs in UC

SA > Tools > Task Management > Clean Deleted Messages (& Message Aging) 

However, I just looked and they are not user modifiable. They run every 30min. I'm pretty sure when I first installed Connection, it ran every Saturday by default.

Scott, there is a scheduled task that runs once a week I believe by default to remove those old messages. Check out the scheduled tasks....

after migrating from Unity to UC and moving ALL VM messages we have found three users who have a huge amount of old VMs. 


we have setup aging policy such that it should delete the old ones, but it has not. How should we resolve this issue? ideas? Hopefully not logging into the users mailbox and doing it manually.
