[cisco-voip] CCX Directory lookup

So CCX cannot "see" either of the Alerting Name fields from CUCM when it
receives a call.

 

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can write a script to do a directory
lookup and get that info either from the CUCM Directory or the AD domain
that the CUCM pulls from based on the Directory number that is sent to CCX?
