[cisco-voip] Level 3 communictions switch spits back "Cause i = 0x82B2 - Requested facility not subscribed" on outbound ISDN call

I spent couple hours on this one....once I got telco (Level 3
Communications Inc) switch noc on the phone it turned out the problem
was in CCMAdmin > Device > Gateway > Endpoint PRI > Uncheck Display
Facility IE..the customer had it on and changed telcos. Hope this helps
someone else down the road.
The Level 3 Communications switch hated Facility IE and wouldn't
process any calls out. Using Display IE the telco just ignores, never
seen a telco not process a call before.
