I'm trying to run RTMT on my system and I'm getting the error in the subject line in a "LaunchAnywhere" popup. A google search and cisco.com search didn't come up with anything. RTMT 8.1, downloaded from my publisher which is running 7.1(3) on a Vista box. Java is version 6, update 18.
