[cisco-voip] ER PUT

Open the white license key pak, inside it is the CER 7.0.3 bootable
media, then you can use 7.1.1 on CCO to upgrade.

 

I'm used to media not being in those white envelopes...

all they sent was the licensing PAK keys.

yep..... but it all says licensing.  non of it is media.  I assume it
should be like CM in that there is a Media line item.  am I wrong?  it
doesn't look like unity as you can NOT download a bootable image so if
someone could give me more direction..... I sure would appreciate it.

OK, I'm trying to PUT for ER.  All that is listed is the licensing.
Where is the media?  is it downloadable somewhere?  is something not
right on the contract?  and yes we have UCSS / etc.
