[cisco-voip] cucm 7.1(3) upgrade recommendation !!!

The SU is going to be better because it actually is based of an ES, so you'll get a few extra bug fixes.

For this particular bug (CSCtc48579) it's fixed in an ES later than the base for the su1 but also appears to have gone into 7.1(3a)su1.   To find out if it is in 3bsu1 you need to check the Readme file for 7.1(3b)su1.  It lists the resoled caveats for 7.1(3b)su1 and all of the preceeding rebuilds of 7.1(3b).

on cco dowload page 7.1(3b) stands as last one although there are SU’s after..
so is it better to use that one – 7.1(3b), or go to the last one 7.1(3b)SU1?..
 
 
also, acording to software compatibility http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/compat/ccmcompmatr.html#wp108792  direct upgrade to 7.1(3b)SU1 is supported forn 7.1(3a)..
