Then the only way it should be getting back to your phone is in a connected number ie (or remote party id if it's sip).
You can look at router debugs (h225 asn1, isdn q931, etc) to see if you are getting a connected number IE that includes the digits. If you are and cannot get it to stop, then you can configure a CUCM service parameter to ignore this IE.
