[cisco-voip] Connectivity problem with remote site

I forgot to add:

VPN uptime counter is at 6days and change.

Have several line of business applications that are running thru Citrix that
are not being affected.
Nobody is noticing any drops in connectivity (I know that VoIP is very
sensitive)
