You have default license and port count, factory pre-loaded. You buy 
additional license, like you have "SCUE-LIC-50", then download and 
install the license files from CCO. In your case you should download the

50mbx license file for your hardware i.e. AIM-CUE, NM-CUE or NME-CUE.
