[cisco-voip] Feed back on handset speaker ( 7940 Hunt group )

Dear all,
 
We seem to have a funny situation, happens occasionally.
 
The three phones in out office ( 7940 ) are on a hunt and pickup group. It seems that if someone rings the hunt group and another phone is in use then if the call is picked up by one of the other guys  he seems to get lots of audio feedback as if he had it on speaker phone with the volume right UP!!!
 
Anyone had this?
