Just need to add the HLog button to their softkey template. If everyone is logged out the call will go to CFwdNA destination.

Can you ask your staff to login/out of the hunt group when forwarding their phone?

Is there a way to CFwdALL in a hunt group?(CUCM 7.1.2). Hunt group does not check if the lines in a line group are forwarded to another extension. Hunt group always sends to the line group members.
