[cisco-voip] Windows 2000 OS disk

An upgrade has been in the works but it was/is not scheduled until later
this year.

The HD on their publisher died. They were checking their backups weekly but
they were only checking the share where the .tar file was being pushed to,
and simply making sure there was a .tar with a current date stamp on it.
They never checked the backup .log file. To make a long story short, the
.tar file was there every day but the backup was not completing
successfully. We had no good backup to restore. We did some SQL queries on
the subscriber to dump most phone info but we basically had to rebuild it
from scratch.

Thanks,

Go0se

The XLS compatibility matrix doesn't list our specific model.

What's crazy is the little Cisco MCS Version utility shows that it was
originally installed with 2000.2.6 - we tried using that version of OS disk
and it does not work either.

We are going to open up a TAC case.

Thanks,

We have a client with an MCS-7825H-3.0 server in a CM 4.1.3 cluster. Because
of a failure we are having to rebuild all of the servers in the cluster and
we cannot find a Windows 2000 OS disk that will install, we get hardware
incompatibility errors. We've tried the following OS disk versions:

2000.2.7

2000.4.1

2000.4.4

2000.4.5

Anyone know where I can find specifically what OS disk is needed with this
server?

Thanks,
