Yes make it larger disk, make it 80GB SCSI in VMware, it only actually
uses what is needed, about 16GB for 7.1.3 in my experience with VMWare
Workstation 6.5

The error I am getting seems to indicate a disk size problem in vmware.
I have a 72GB disk size?  Is it needing more disk space?
