[cisco-voip] Cisco and Positron Viper ECCP Collaboration

Has anyone on the list installed ECCP (next-gen 911 collaboration) from Cisco?  Our 911 center is wanting to move to it within the next month or so and I'm trying to get my head around what all is involved/needed.  If you're not familiar with it ... here are a couple of links:
