Hi guys, thanks for the response... I was out of office all day and I'll take a loot at this tomorrow ... do I need to order new windows and new SQL for the new servers ??? or I can use the old ones?

Its a very simple upgrade... Run the license validator to confirm you have a CCX 7 license file ready to go then drop in the CD click next, next, next and reboot. First time the agents or supervisors log in they're prompted to update their client - as long as they have admin rights everything is good to go. Should take less than an hour to complete.
