[cisco-voip] CER upgrade guides?

Can anyone direct me to upgrade guides for CER?  i'm currently on running
CER 1.3.2 and am PUTing for the Media / Licensing (current version).  But
I'm looking for the documentation and can't find it.  I would normally find
it here:

there are NO install / upgrade guides.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
