I'm not sure which direction you're taking this if your SIP provider doesn't
support T38.  If you have a hard line (PRI, FXO) you'll be fine though.

The configuration is really simple for CME:

voice service voip
 fax protocol t38 fallback none

Brooktrout config can be a little more cumbersome.
