[cisco-voip] Dialogic(r) Brooktrout SR140 Fax Software

You can interop with it as either a SIP or H323 endpoint.  CME won't know
the difference between that device and any other SIP or H323 device
(including other CMEs).  It will all be routed with dial peers.
