Correct.  When you toggle mobile connect from the IP phone it is actually toggling the 'Enable Mobile Connect' checkbox on the remote destination.

The only thing I can think of is the "Line Association" checkbox on the
Remote Destination or the Remote Destination Profile page. I don't have
it setup in my lab right now, but that's all I can think of right now.

Is it possible to see anywhere in CUCM (7.1.3) if a user disables his
Mobile Connect via the mobility button on his
phone?

I've checket the remote destination, remote destination profile, user
profile, DN, phone  but I can not see anything
change in CUCM if I enable or disable the mobile connect via a phone.
