[cisco-voip] Wrong Time on Phones

I know that part. I was refferin to the NTP Reference under the System Menu
in ccmadmin. I was thinking that anything there was only used for SIP
devices.
The 3rd generation phones used the publisher as an NTP source which would be
sync'd by the NTP server configuration under OS Admin page.
