[cisco-voip] Phone in CCME 7.1 buttons do not work....

OK, after a TAC case and some experimenting, I found the solution.
Do NOT configure CCME as SRST as if it were CCME.
Configure telephony-service, then:
srst mode auto-provision all
This will auto configure CCME as the SRST phones register.... kinda cool...
but you get single line DNs...
Do this to fix:
srst dn line-mode dual | octo
Works like a champ, then you can go back and configure hunt-groups, parks,
etc...
