[cisco-voip] Time Synchronization with Ip Phones.

Dear all,
 
I installed cme 8.0 on a 2811 router. It also has unity express in the same
router. The day i did the setup i registered 4 phones, and the next day i
got 4 phones registered. Now the problem is the 4 phones that i registered
next day, are showing 4hrs ahead than the time i configured. I tried
registering wiht NTP server and configured manually, Still the same. But the
interesting thing is the 4 phones registered on the  first day are working
fine. What ever time i am changing they are working, and also i have the
8-3-.. loads. Kindly help me in this.
