[cisco-voip] Error License for Subscriber

Yes, i load the file license on the publisher server with the publisher Mac
Address.

You are talking about a node license for a Subscriber...

You are not loading the license on the Subscriber, right? All licenses are
loaded on the Pub... with the Pub's Mac address.
