[cisco-voip] UCCX Reporting Question

I'm on a UCCX kick today! (or more accurately my boss is!)


1.       Any good packages out there that enhance the builtin reports and/or provide better stuff?

2.       If not  has anyone used a crystal reports developer that they would recommend to build some custom stuff?
