Don't they usually use your MAC address?  Also, you should be able to call the Cisco Account Team and they MAY help you.  Cisco's customer support has fallen off so bad that it will be difficult to do anything without them.

Hi Guys, I've a Customer with a cluster of CUCM 6.1, that need to buy and activate a smartnet on it.
 
The problem is that Customer has lost orignal installation CD, and for buy smartnet contract Cisco ask me for a Serial number!
 
Do you know if there is a possibility to extract that information from Cisco Unified Communication Manager Shell or Web Admin?
