I believe in Windows Firewall you can just add a program (I rarely use
Windows firewall so can't remember for sure). If not I would assume ports
would be the same as for a phone (which can be found in the Call Manager
port list..here is the one for CUCM 7.1:

TFTP: 69
SCCP: 2000
RTP: 16384 - 32767 / UDP
Voice Port Range can be customized though so you don't need to open as many
ports:
