[cisco-voip] Unity Connection Upgrade 6.1.2 to 7.1.3

are you sure it was unity connection 6? 

there is only unity connection 1,2 and 7.

Are you sure the 7.1(3) upgrade was canceled? What does "utils system 
upgrade status" show? You should be able to force the cancel with 
"utils system upgrade cancel".
