You just add mobility to the softkey template...

Unless you have 69xx phones - they don't have Mobility softkey.  You have to add button to one of your Lines

And remember that the softkey on your phone is only going to toggle the mobile connect feature on and off and give you the ability to send an active call on your ip phone to another destination (IE - cell).

It is a  pretty cool feature.
