[cisco-voip] Number of rings before forwarding to voicemail

If you have cucm and if you want to do it for a specific user go to
the dn config mode and look for ring no answer duration in seconds
change the setting there
If you want to do itin bulk go to service parameters, ccm service and
look for forward no answer time
