[cisco-voip] CUCM v7 and Microsoft's UM

The message button simply dials the VM pilot number. The handling of the
call after that is up to exchange. I believe exchange does that by
default. If not, I suspect that the calling number (phone that hit the
Messages button) isn't matching a mailbox(phone number) in the exchange
system.
Someone with more exchange experience might be able to provide more
guidance however.

Is there a way to map the messages button on a 7960 to access
Microsoft's exchange mailbox without entering extension. I want to be
able to enter a password only. Thx ec
