[cisco-voip] it's official - 7940/60 EOL

Not really finally.  Of all of the phones Cisco has shipped huge lion share have been 7940 and 7960.  Now all of those probably close to 5 million phones have the timers started for Cisco's well defined EOS/EOL process.  You won't be able to call TAC about one of these phones after 2015.  No software after 2011.

Everyone has know that these are defiantly not the latest technology, but Cisco product management was worried about starting the timers.
