Yes...

My users, including me, hate the user interface lag on the Java phones. 
Serial calls are the frequent rule here. If you hit End Call and begin 
dialing immediately, the first 3 - 5 digits are ignored as my 7961 
catches up, but I can't dial fast enough to trip up the 7960 that way.
