[cisco-voip] CM 4.2 Database Replication

Hello

we have a CM4.2(3) Cluster.
We had to restart the Servers this evening an now one subscriber does not
start to replicate with the publisher.
We checked with the Database Helper Tool and get the status: Replication is
not ready. User table are not available. Also the status of read/write is
no/no.
If we check the Raplication Monitor in SQL Manager the status of the
subscriber is Never started.

Any idea how we can fix that.
