Forgot to mention. The Primary line/ ext MWI activates as expected. Also
the ext/dn in question is shared with 30 or more phones. I see Unity
dialing the extension in the port status monitor. Is there an issue with
MWI on this many shared lines?

We are unable to get other lines to prompt for voicemail waiting. I have
turn Service Paramter Message Waiting Policy to 'Light and Prompt'. Are
there other settings for this?
