[cisco-voip] 3845 dsp

personally I like hw conferencing.  use the DSP calc on Cisco.com to figure
out how many dsps you need.  if you remove all the DSP, then yes your PRI's
wont work.  so you have to have enough DSPs for your PSTN connectivity.
