[cisco-voip] CME 7.1 and 7961 phones

Adding 'ntp master' fixed the time!

I recall 7961 SCCP 8.4.4 still need a NTP server even if using
CallManager Express 7.1.

 

I'm trying to remember how to make the router its own NTP server.  7961s
are all showing GMT time on display.
