[cisco-voip] QS: CDR Export and Custom Reporting

We have been doing that for a long time.

in the CM 4 days I think we did it nightly.  schedule a job to export to off
box SQL.  now in the CM 6 / 7 days we just import the flat CDR files into
SQL.

on the back side we do monthly billing based on extensions and long distance
(91xxx.xxx.xxxx) minutes.
