That was it, kinds sucks I have to do a no ephone-dn x, then
re-assoicate button to ephone afterwards.  Wish I could bulk edit these.
I see octo-line is also a option.

when you configure the ephone-dn X you have to specify "dual-line" i
believe

In CallManager Express I call another 7961, hit Confrn softkey button
and get No Line Available?

 

Do I need to put a second line on each phone, or can't a 7961 DN in CME
handle multiple calls? Or is there a setting I'm missing?
