[cisco-voip] External Phone Mask with CallManager Express 7.1?

The only suggestion I would make is change your rule around a little bit so
it is more "restrictive"  Otherwise when they do call forwards or Single
Number reach it would behave strange.

So make it

voice translation-rule 100

  rule 1 /(4...)$/ /212380\1/
