[cisco-voip] how do you deal with old VMs in UC

We just went to Unity Connection 7.1.3 from 4.x back in October, and it
supported taking the the password.  (It was done in bulk)

I recall seeing on this list that it was new in 7.1.3, and you have to be
using the latest Migration tools.
