[cisco-voip] how to Change date / time in cisco IP Phone 7961

Hello guys,
 

i have a little problem with my my cisco ipphone 7961
i try to create NTP server but i don't understand how to use NTP server
my question is:
    1. is it okay to make core switch become NTP server or i need another server to create NTP server?
   
2. I read troubleshooting in cisco.com but i don't understand, does
anyone can give another easy step by step to change time   stamp
or date/time in cisco IP Phone 7961?


For information this is my NTP Status and my NTP Association
