[cisco-voip] SIP Diversion on CUCM7

The "description" should be the "displayed name" or the "alerting name" 
of the line, so try to change this values.

To change the user portion of the URI i am afraid you have to use a 
CUBE. I had the same problem and was able to solve it with a sip-profile 
in a CUBE.
