Agreed, when your Reps and SE's claim it's complicated even after being
"trained" on it, how is the customer supposed to understand it?

These mobility licenses are for Unified Mobility (SNR/MVA) feature, EM
doesn't consume any additional license. Don't get confused between these

We are plannign moving to Extension Mobility, looking at the licente
calculator it says
Mobility Enabled End User [4]
Mobility Enabled End User (Adjunct) [2]
What's the difference, and is this on top of the phone licence? So a
user on
a 7941 would take up 8 licence units???
Is that correct?
