[cisco-voip] ipphone does not looking for List.xml

If the attempt was intended to set a default background on all phones in order to replace the default background that comes on the phone, the phones do not have that capability. The users must select the background (meaning it does have to be set on each phone).

VoIP Integration (www.voipintegration.com) has a Background Deployer that I've heard pretty good things about.

the phone will look for the List.xml as soon as you go into the
backgrounds menu on the phone.
